About this deal

One free medium sub on your birthday, with any purchase
Firehouse Rewards is the chain's free app rewards program

From the Firehouse Subs rewards page: 'Receive a free medium sub with any purchase on your birthday.' Firehouse Subs includes a 'with any purchase' condition here, unlike chains whose birthday item needs no purchase.
