These terms set the rules for using CartRevolt: your account, what you post, storefronts and invite codes, deals from stores, and draws. CartRevolt is operated by iProMentor IT Solutions.

Agreement and who can use it
These terms are an agreement between you and iProMentor IT Solutions, which operates CartRevolt ("we" and "us"). By using CartRevolt you agree to them and to the privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use CartRevolt.
CartRevolt is run for people in the United States. You need to be 18 or older to create an account. Draws have their own eligibility rules in the official rules.
Accounts and sign-in
You sign in with Google, Apple or Instagram. Instagram sign-in works only with creator and business accounts. Keep the account you sign in with secure: anyone who can use it can use your CartRevolt account.
Keep one account. Accounts we find are run by the same person can be left out of draws, points and reputation, and can be suspended.
Your handle and display name can't use the CartRevolt name or a staff title, or pretend to be someone else. A handle can change once every 30 days.
Don't use bots or scripts to post, react, confirm codes or enter draws.
What you post
Deals, codes, notes, questions, answers, photos and invite codes are what make CartRevolt useful. When you post:
Share deals you can stand behind, with the store's real price and every condition the store sets.
Answer "Did it work?" honestly. Your answers decide which codes other members trust.
If a link earns you or anyone else a commission, say so when you post. The deal then shows a disclosure.
Use photos you took or the store's own photo of the product, and write notes in your own words.
Share only your own invite codes, and follow each program's rules.
Don't post:
Spam, scams, lookalike or shortened links, or misleading prices and claims.
Anyone's personal information, or anything that harasses, threatens or impersonates a person.
Anything illegal, or anything you don't have the right to share.
Moderation and suspension
Members report problems and moderators review them. New members' deals are reviewed before they go live. A moderator can approve a post, ask for changes, reject, hide or remove it, or mark a deal expired. Invite codes that members report as broken are hidden until they're checked.
For serious or repeated problems we can warn you, stop you from posting for a set time, or suspend your account, which ends your sessions. Points earned from posts we remove can be taken back. If you think we got a decision wrong, write to us at support@ipromentor.com.
Creator storefronts and affiliate links
Members can open a storefront at cartrevolt.com/@handle with the things they recommend. You may place your own affiliate links on your storefront. You keep your whole commission: CartRevolt adds no tracking codes to your links and takes no share.
As a creator, you agree to:
List your storefront as a site in each affiliate program before you add its links, and follow that program's rules.
Write an original note for each pick and use your own photos.
Keep the disclosure CartRevolt shows on your page, which says you earn a commission through some links, and the "(paid link)" label beside each paid link.
Never offer points, prizes or other rewards for using your links.
Your relationship with each program is between you and that program. We check links when you add them and from time to time, and we can hold or remove a pick that fails a safety check or breaks these terms.
Invite codes and other programs
Referral programs belong to the companies that run them, under their own terms. We don't control their rewards, limits or decisions, and a code can stop working or run out of uses. The member who shared a code may get a reward when you sign up with it, and every code says so.
A program that doesn't want its codes listed can ask us to stop listing them. We act within 2 business days.
Deals, prices and stores
CartRevolt doesn't sell anything. Stores set their prices, stock, codes and conditions, and they can change at any time. Prices we show are the store's own figures, with the time they were read, and members' confirmations show what worked for them, not a promise that it will work for you. Check the price and terms at the store before you buy. Your purchase is between you and the store.
Draws
Draws are free to enter, and no purchase is necessary. Each draw is governed by the official rules, which win if they differ from these terms. Every past draw and its proof is on the draw ledger.
Your content and ours
What you post stays yours. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, adapt (for example to resize a photo or make a share image), publish and distribute it on CartRevolt and in links shared from it. Posts stay after you delete your account, shown as a former member, so the licence continues for them. You confirm you have the rights to everything you post.
CartRevolt's name, design and software belong to iProMentor IT Solutions. Store names, logos and product photos belong to their owners.
Copyright complaints
If you believe something on CartRevolt infringes your copyright, write to us at support@ipromentor.com with: the work, a link to where it appears on CartRevolt, your name and contact details, a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized, and a statement that your notice is accurate and that you own the copyright or may act for its owner.
We remove material we find infringing and can end the accounts of members who infringe repeatedly.
Disclaimers and limits of liability
CartRevolt is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise that deals, codes, prices or availability are accurate or current, or that the site will always work.
To the fullest extent the law allows, iProMentor IT Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for losses caused by a store, a referral program, a creator's link or another member. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings, Your data. We can suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or puts other members at risk. Either way, posts stay, shown as a former member, as the privacy policy describes.
Governing law and disputes
If something goes wrong, write to us first at support@ipromentor.com. Most problems can be solved that way.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, United States, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
Changes to these terms
When we change these terms, we update them here and change the date at the top, which is the day that version takes effect. Using CartRevolt after a change means you accept the new terms.
