Yes. At least 24 hours before entries close, CartRevolt publishes a commitment to the rules and the public randomness it will use. After the close, anyone can check the result on the draw ledger.

Each draw shows its type before you enter.

• Everyone: any eligible member can enter, and everyone has 1 entry
• Community supporters: members with points from the last 30 days can enter: 1 ticket for entering, plus 1 for every 10 points from the last 30 days, up to 5

Points count only in Community supporters draws, and the draw page says so.

No. It only shows your own tickets. The winner comes from the published procedure and the public randomness named in the commitment, after the close, the same way for everyone.

Each draw closes at 7:00 PM Central, UTC-⁠5 on its day. When no draw is scheduled, the page says when the next prize is announced, and entries stay closed.

Entry is free for US residents 18 or older. States with a registration rule are left out only when a prize is worth more than $5,000, and the draw page shows which.

No. Entry is always free, and nothing can be bought. Points come from helping other members and from inviting friends who join and become active members, never from sharing alone.

A draw that runs the same way, with the same proof, but has no prize. It says Practice draw, no prize on the photo and in the ledger.

You are told by email and in the app, and you have 72 hours to claim, with a reminder 24 hours before it ends. Shipping details are asked only after you win. If the window ends, the next person in the published order is notified.

Each draw has a minimum number of entries, shown on the page. If it isn't reached at the close, nobody is picked and the reason is published. A new draw for the same prize opens with every entry carried over, a limited number of times, as the draw page says. After the last carry-over the draw is cancelled.
